Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of mystery products and trading cards, returns are only accepted for factory-sealed items or defective merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product.

  Approval & Label

  Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Upon receipt and inspection of the sealed item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
